• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items marked as Final Sale, clearance items, accessories, undergarments, or customized items are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
